San Lorenzo Ruiz Women's Hospital
San Lorenzo Ruiz Women’s Hospital is located at O. Reyes St., Brgy. Santulan, Malabon City. SLRWH caters 60% of the patients from Malabon City, the rest is from Valenzuela City and Obando, Bulacan, since the hospital is near the boundaries of the said areas.

San Lorenzo Ruiz Women’s Hospital is an authorized 10-bed capacity hospital created by RA 6864. At present, it has a Level II Hospital License and PhilHealth Accredited as Center for Quality. It caters mostly to women and children.
​REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6864
REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6864 - An act establishing a Ten-Bed Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Malabon, Metro Manila. To Be known as the Saint Lorenzo Ruiz Municipal Hospital and appropriating funds therefore.

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Malabon, Metro Manila, to be known as the Saint Lorenzo Ruiz Municipal Hospital. The said hospital shall likewise service the adjoining Municipality of Navotas.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the appropriations authorized for the purpose under the Fiscal Year 1989 General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the herein hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SECTION 3. Before the construction of the hospital, the Secretary of Health shall issue a written assurance that personnel of the hospital will be appointed and that funds for its maintenance and operation have been appropriated.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Hospital Management System
SLRWH manpower complement is made up of both permanent employees and contracts of service. We have a total of 35 permanent positions (2 unfilled), 2 permanent positions from Taguig Pateros District hospital which was devolved to the local government. We also have 2 detailed positions from the Center for Health Development – Metro Manila. We have a total of 61 contracts of service whose salaries come from our MOOE funds.
